I have noticed in teaching some of the basic Access tools, and in observing people in they're yoga practices or even in how they create their life, that having ease is often not something people value. They opt for the struggle as if that has more worth. Have you noticed that's what this reality is based on? Challenge, difficulty, overcoming struggle... No one gets medals or has statues built to honor that they had life easy.
What if the idea that things are only valuable if they are difficult or challenging is a lie? What if personal growth was not created through pain, suffering and struggle? Did you buy that the challenges in life are how you grow? What if personal growth was just a CHOICE and had nothing to do with challenge? Your point of view creates your reality..... If you have the point of view that you must struggle to grow, then what will you be creating? ....More struggle? What would your life look like if you didn't have to struggle? Would your relationships be different? Would work be easier? Would you be able to change your body faster? Not be struggling to pay your bills? If you were willing to have life without struggle would you be able to be more efficient, more generative and create more? Would personal growth be something you could have 100 x's faster and 1000 x's more? Would you be willing to have it that easy? Would it be more fun? Would you be willing to be the invitation to a different reality? ....One of Ease and Joy and Glory.... instead of Pain, Suffering and Gory? Would you let go of the value of struggle now? What else is possible?
